Holger Vogt ed3941c87d ksubthres added to model parameter sets using weak inversion. Weak inversion characteristics are aligned by comparing LTSPICE and ngspice simulations, ksubthres is selected to offer best fit. 2018-05-04 20:35:15 +02:00
