Check if merged coverage contains any DA (line coverage) records,

Geza Lore 3e96aba1d6 Fix package removed while a struct type still refers to it (#8603) 
V3Dead keeps the package of a data type located in the package alive while
the data type is used, but struct types moved to the type table refer to their
package only via classOrPackagep, so the package could be removed while a
nested struct type still pointed to it.

Geza Lore e4cc6cadca Fix %m in hierarchical models (#8575) 
The model of a hierarchical block, or of a --lib-create library, is
named after the %m of its instance in the parent model, but %m within it
also used to include the name of its top module (l2-name within the
partition), adding an extra level per block. %m now matches across
non-hierarchical, --hierarchical and manual --lib-create builds.
