GetProcAddress expects no underscore (MinGW)
...
MinGW uses the GetProcAddress() function to find the address of
the vlog_startup_routines() procedure in a .vpi file. This routine
requires that the leading underscore be omitted from the name even
though the underlying routine really has one.
