Matt Dziuban b721644cbc [2.x] fix: Use rootPaths to replace virtual paths in console and doc scalac options. (#9110 )

Rather than using the FileConverter to replace virtual paths, this uses the rootPaths directly. It only replaces a virtual path in a scalac option if the given segment of the option begins with the root path key.

sbt is a build tool for Scala, Java, and more.

sbt 2.x

This is the 2.x series of sbt. The source code of sbt is split across several GitHub repositories, including this one.

sbt/io hosts sbt.io module.
sbt/zinc hosts Zinc, an incremental compiler for Scala.
sbt/sbt, this repository hosts modules that implement the build tool.
