anlogicCable: Fix wrong ANLOGICCABLE_VIDv1 

ANLOGICCABLE_VIDv1 should keep the old ANLOGICCABLE_VID to compatible
with the original device.

Fixes: 4b008a0 ("anlogicCable: refresh with new VID")
