Holger Vogt 7f301cbe33 Enable separate linewidths for grids and graphs. 
New variable gridwidth overrides xbrushwidth for graphs.
Fcn DevDrawLine() with boolean flag if grid is plotted.
Postscript, Gnuplot and X11 not (yet) supported.
