Add an arrowplot flag to plot, gnuplot commands for plotting
...
signal strenth versus frequency with vertical arrows.
An internal flag PLOT_ARROWS is set.
With command 'plot' this is the same as the combplot flag.
With 'gnuplot' this adds an extra drawing style using vectors.
