Tim Edwards	b5ab38d5d7	Added a distributed install option "--with-distdir=" which replaces ... "prefix" with the specified path during install, so that netgen can be installed in a separate location to be migrated to the final install location, without appending the entire install path to DESTDIR.	2020-01-28 10:49:42 -05:00
Tim Edwards	85af816ab8	Removed references to /usr/local/man/man1 and netgen.1, as the netgen.1 ... man page does not exist. Running mkdirs on the empty directory causes problems with "git rm".	2018-10-02 14:40:17 -04:00
