No change to derived files (e.g., .vvp), non-master files (e.g., lxt2_write.c) or the new tgt-vhdl directory. Low priority, simple entropy reduction. Stephen Williams	f5263c9447	Add the va_math module and constants.vams include file. The va_math.vpi module implements systen-function versions of the Verilog-A math functions.
