Geza Lore 124e3463fc
Fix cache config file resolution performance (#5369) 
V3ConfigWildcardResolver::resolve used to only cache the result of a
name lookup if there were any directives applied to the queried name.

This can be a performance problem. E.g. the module resolver is invoked
for every variable to check for attributes. If you had 'n' variables in
the design, and you also had 'k' directives that apply to specific
modules not involving most of the 'n' variables, then checking the
attributes involved O(n*k) operations. This can be very expensive
for large 'n' and 'k'.

In this patch we resolve every name exactly once, so the same above is
now O(n) in the worst case, and often a lot smaller due to repeat
lookups.

Geza Lore d60f180f43 Avoid double traversal of maps 
The typical find/if-not-exists-insert pattern can be achieved with 1
lookup instead of 2 using emplace with a sentinel value. Also maps value
initialize their values when inserted with the [] operator, this is
defined and so there is no need to explicitly insert zeroes for integer
values.

Geza Lore 63c694f65f Streamline dump control options 
- Rename `--dump-treei` option to `--dumpi-tree`, which itself is now a
  special case of `--dumpi-<tag>` where tag can be a magic word, or a
  filename
- Control dumping via static `dump*()` functions, analogous to `debug()`
- Make dumping independent of the value of `debug()` (so dumping always
  works even without the debug flag)
- Add separate `--dumpi-graph` for dumping V3Graphs, which is again a
  special case of `--dumpi-<tag>`
- Alias `--dump-<tag>` to `--dumpi-<tag> 3` as before

Geza Lore ce03293128 Generate AstNode accessors via astgen 
Introduce the @astgen directives parsed by astgen, currently used for
the generation child node (operand) accessors. Please see the updated
internal documentation for details.

Geza Lore f8c0169e82 Implement 'forceable' attribute 
Using the 'forceable' directive in a configuration file, or the /*
verilator forceable */ metacomment on a variable declaration will
generate additional public signals that allow the specified signals to
be forced/released from the C++ code.
