Split V3Hashed to V3Hasher and V3DupFinder ( #2967 )
...
V3Hasher is responsible for computing AstNode hashes, while V3DupFinder
can be used to find duplicate trees based on hashes. Interface of
V3DupFinder simplified somewhat. No functional change intended at this
point, but hash computation might differ in minor details, this however
should have no perceivable effect on output/runtime.

Split procedures to better respect --output-split-cfuncs ( #2942 )

CFuncs only used to be split at procedure (always/initial/final block),
which on occasion can still yield huge output files if they have large
procedures. This patch make CFuncs split at statement boundaries within
procedures. This has the potential to help a lot, but still does not
help if there are huge statements within procedures.

items, but will no longer complain about overlaps like this:

Before, there was a warning for the second statement because the first
two patterns match 2'b11.

models to be in the same process. Please see the updated examples.
** Add context->time() and context->timeInc() API calls, to set simulation time.
These now are recommended in place of the legacy sc_time_stamp().

When using a "if" statement inside an always block, part of the code may
be unreachable. This can be used to avoid errors, but it generated an
error, this commit demotes this to a warning. Partly fixes #2625 .

Always use verilated_heavy ( #2701 ).
...
On test suite adds ~7% runtime but will simplify logic and enable some
future changes.
Most large designs I saw were already using verilated_heavy as were using
strings, queues, associative arrays, classes, $readmem, $writemem, or
$valueplusargs.
