* Fix VM argument passing by .sbtopts file and JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS environmental variable, improve launcher script integration test setup
* Fix sbt process not exiting in launcher test for --sbt-version
* Fix JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS in launcher for linux/mac
