BrianHotopp 5697f074c1 [2.x] fix: Update ++ help text to reflect SemanticSelector matching (#8995) ... The first paragraph of `help ++` still said "binary compatible" from before PR #6946 changed the behavior to use SemanticSelector pattern matching.
