Mark Harrah c3759a7696 overhaul caching, mainly InputCache 
better underlying model
supports arbitrary length unions and products
(unions actually limited to 256 elements to encode length as byte)

Mark Harrah 6a61193a47 Removed tuple caches. 
Removing these 16 implicits brought compile time for Cache subproject down to 7s from 17s.
