Dale Wijnand	f7d6cec030	Drop the references to the contributing guidelines from templates ... I believe GitHub does a better job displaying this prominently, particularly for first time contributors. With sbt 1 in beta and the final release coming up bug reports and reproductions will start to diversify between sbt 0.13 and sbt 1.
