Cleanup parameter list of ScriptedTests.

All of `sbtVersion`, `defScalaVersion` and `buildScalaVersions` were
not used anymore. According to @harrah they are coming from really
old days of sbt and are not needed because of changes to how sbt
interacts with different Scala versions.
