First set of refactorings from review.

* Split Java analyzing compile into its own class.
* MixedAnalyzingCompiler now only does the mixing
* Start moving methods around to more-final locations
* Static analyzingCompile method now constructs a MixedAnalyzingCOmpiler and delegates to incremental compile.
