Stop running neo-sbt-scalafmt test with sbt-coursier 

Having issues running it on Linux on the CI. It seems it runs fine on
sbt-lm-coursier (all OSes), or on Windows (CI) or macOS (local machine).

Hope it's not a sign of a more serious problem…
