virtex7: CLB fuzzers CLBN 600->200 + disable 2017.2 version gate
The xc7vx485t fuzzing ROI is smaller than the artix7 default, so a 600-CLB design does not place; drop the request to 200 (still well above what segmaker needs). Disable the hard Vivado-2017.2 version gate in 015/016 generate.sh the same way the other v7 fuzzers do (2020.1 is required for this part). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
