! this branch is broken ! ------------------------------ 

The cuda changes which where intended for the bsim4v7 model
 have erronously been applied to the bsim4v8 model
because on the master branch the bsim4 directory has been populated
 with the newer bsim4v8 model.

There is another branch much nearer to the origin/master branch
  where this has been fixed. Use that one.
