Continued optimizing poorly written routines in "extresist". Changed the "ResDissolveContacts()" routine to avoid running both redundant and useless code. Changed the breakpoint sorting routine from a bubble sort to a merge sort for linked lists longer than 16, as merge sort is more efficient for long lists.
