Close to Release

There wasn't much traffic here recently. That's because the implementation is targeting a release!

Here is what has been added recently:

LVS is now a mode similar to DRC and integrated into the Macro IDE
LVS got it's own script flavor which - like DRC - employs the concept of wrapping the internals into a higher-level simplified language
The netlist browser takes the role of the marker database browser in DRC. It allows browsing netlists generated by layout extraction and LVS reports as well.
