Matthias Koefferlein 9c1da8d3e1 Fixed issue #1328 (width of layer selection boxes too small) 
Also: clip and fill dialog now display layer names from
the layer view. Fixed geometry of fill dialog.

Hope I got all places where the layer selection box was
configured as adjust size = on first show.
