Update on issue 1422 fix - fixing an array index out of bounds issue; do no use control points for first and last point as splines may not be designed to terminate at those.

Problem were two spline interpolation issues:
1. wrong stop criterion for recursion
2. wrong implementation of single-point interpolation

Fixed #704 (DXF reader: rational splines not supported) ( #705 )

* Fixed issue #704 . TODO: replace algorithm by De Boor, check if accuracy is still maintained.
* Switch spline interpolation algorithm to De Boor for better numerical stability.
* Updated tests with DXF accuracy test, provide a warning for unsupported SPLINE types.

Wildcard expansion feature on layer mapping
Finished feature, added doc and test.
The solution is to use placeholder indexes for the
layer mapping which are substituted by the real
layers when they are encountered.
