Qt5 binding enhancements

Browse Source 
- Based on Qt 5.12.12 now (tested to build on 5.15)
- QImage constructor with binary data
- More classes, specifically QLibraryInfo for Qt version
- QLayout and derivatives take ownership over widgets added
