This patch adds preliminary support for implementing the $table_model() function for Verilog-A. It is not currently functional, but the VPI interface routines and data file parsing are mostly complete. The big things left are building the data structures and adding the interpolation and extrapolation routines. We also need to fix vvp to identify constant strings/parameters in a structural context.
